This article concerns the synthesis and biological activities of some N-(1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-2-yl) amides as isoquinoline precursors compounds with smooth muscle (SM) relaxant activity. Aim: find activity compare it papaverine, an alkaloid that has been known a brain coronary vasodilator SM relaxant. Materials methods: In silico simulation PASS online program predicts for compounds. The were tested on isolated gastric preparations (SMPs) from rats to determine their effects spontaneous contractile (CA) compared papaverine. in vivo effect learning memory processes was also assessed.
